GUEST PANEL SPEAKERS: CHRISTIAN PRELLE, MICHAEL HALOW & MARY WADDEN
Additional speakers may be announced.
Silicon Valley’s technology companies have changed the way we communicate. They’re also revolutionizing how we office. Our panel of experts will take up what tech tenants want now – and in the future. We’ll look at recent trends in site selection, space planning, technology integration, amenities and more while taking a look at what’s driving recent deals.
Christian Prelle is an Executive Vice President for Newmark Knight Frank’s Palo Alto office, and has now taken over the managerial role overseeing over 55 brokers and staff. As a broker, Christian advises his clients on the development and execution of office/R&D lease and investment transactions throughout the Bay Area. On the tenant representation side, he has worked extensively with early-stage technology and professional service companies on structuring appropriate facility strategies, as well as later-stage companies, which he assists with more complex real estate needs.
Mike Halow is the owner of Premia Capital, a real estate investment and development company in Redwood City. The firm has purchased and developed more than $400 million in Class A and creative office property on the Peninsula, most recently 550 Allerton in downtown Redwood City. Completed transactions with major institutional players including Angelo Gordon, DivcoWest, Rockpoint Group, Fargo Investements, MIT Endowment (MITIMCO), Chase and Wells Fargo.
