Silicon Valley’s technology companies have changed the way we communicate. They’re also revolutionizing how we office. Our panel of experts will take up what tech tenants want now – and in the future. We’ll look at recent trends in site selection, space planning, technology integration, amenities and more while taking a look at what’s driving recent deals.

As a broker, Christian advises his clients on the development and execution of office/R&D lease and investment transactions throughout the Bay Area. On the tenant representation side, he has worked extensively with early-stage technology and professional service companies on structuring appropriate facility strategies, as well as later-stage companies, which he assists with more complex real estate needs.
