GUEST SPEAKERS: JANETTE D’ELIA, PHIL MAHONEY, AND NANCY MORSE

The Jay Paul Company is virtually synonymous with "big deals" in Silicon Valley. The San Francisco-based visionary developer paved the market for large, amenity-laden corporate campus environments, and in recent years dramatically transformed Sunnyvale's Moffett Park -- while landing some of the largest tech leases ever in Silicon Valley and nationally.

Now, on the heels of completing its first-ever mixed-use tower in San Francisco, Jay Paul is betting big on Downtown San Jose.

CREW Silicon Valley’s Past President’s Committee is pleased to present an exclusive conversation with Janette D’Elia, Chief Operating Officer for the Jay Paul Company, at our March 12th luncheon. For 20 years, D'Elia has played a key role in the deal making and development that has propelled Jay Paul Company to the top. She will be joined by Phil Mahoney, Executive Vice Chairman for Newmark Knight Frank, and longtime broker for Jay Paul. Nancy Morse, a senior managing director at Newmark Knight Frank and CREW SV Past President, will lead a wide-ranging conversation on the marketplace, emerging trends, and what Jay Paul's recent acquisitions say about the company's direction. We'll also discuss D'Elia's career trajectory and her advice for rising women in the real estate industry.
