Opportunity Zones are everywhere: Literally and figuratively. The place-based economic incentive has launched a frenzy for deals in these 8,000 zones spread throughout the country. This new tax incentive is designed to spur investment in these specific geographies, and the Bay Area has Zones throughout San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland, as well as Redwood City, Fremont, Gilroy and elsewhere.
