Ryan Sebastian is a retail innovator, food-industry pioneer, entrepreneur and small-business advocate. An urban planner by training, he’s a principal with Moveable and San Jose Made, specializing in neighborhood/event activation, pop-up retail and creative digital/physical growth strategies.
Collette Navarrette, Director of Marketing, West Coast, Federal Realty Investment Trust
Collette Navarrette is the mastermind behind the marketing efforts of Federal Realty Investment Trust’s West Coast portfolio. Locally, that includes three of the region’s premiere shopping destinations: Santana Row, Westgate Center, and Old Town Los Gatos. She leads development and execution of marketing and communications strategy and heavily supports all leasing efforts for West Coast retail, residential and office projects.
