As Director of Operations of Real Estate Management Services at Colliers International, Jill Collins is responsible for the implementation and execution of each properties strategic plan, as well as the development and growth of her team members. As a seasoned professional in property management, construction management and leasing, she is able to direct her team to solutions to complex problems quickly and cost effectively. Jill is currently overseeing 3.5 million square feet of assets which consists of residential, retail, office and industrial properties from Hayward to Watsonville.

Ginger Gonzales-Sotelo

Ginger L. Gonzales-Sotelo is a partner with Pahl & McCay. Her areas of concentration include Commercial Litigation and Business Litigation, focusing on Real Estate and financial institution matters. Ms. Sotelo also has extensive operational and transactional experience in many facets of commercial Real Estate, including development, leasing, finance, and operations.

Sarahann Shapiro is special counsel to the firm and enjoys her practice in the areas of Commercial Real Estate, Business Law, and Employment. She received her Bachelor's degree in Biology and Political Science from the University of California at Riverside in 1988 and her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University in 1991. Ms. Shapiro is active in the local courts and bar association as an arbitrator and Settlement Conference Neutral by judicial appointment. She served as Chair of the Business Litigation Committee in 1997.
