The CREW SV Past Presidents Present-2020 Election Special
With Election Day right around the corner, join CREW SV for an educational roundup of the local and statewide issues that will affect business and real estate on the ballot on Nov. 3.
Some of the statewide issues include Proposition 15, the “split-roll” tax initiative that would dramatically affect commercial property taxation; Proposition 21, which would allow for additional rent control laws in California cities; and Proposition 22, which would repeal the controversial state law that classifies gig workers as employees. We'll be joined by experts for a discussion of the issues that affect business.
Additional details on speakers to come.
